Accessibility Statement

1. What we are aiming for

Kids Business Adventure Academy is an educational program created and operated by Crown Oak Learning LLC. We want every family to be able to use it, and we would rather tell you honestly where we are than claim more than we have earned.

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.

2. Where we actually are

We have not completed a full accessibility audit, so we do not claim to meet that standard today.

These areas are known to need work: a complete keyboard-only pass through the 3D worlds; colour contrast verification across the game interface; captions for every lesson video, which exist for some lessons and not yet for all; reduced-motion handling in the 3D worlds for people who are sensitive to movement; and screen reader labelling inside the game interface.

3. What already works

Pages reflow on small screens and support browser zoom. Form fields have visible labels and errors are described in words. The site works in portrait and landscape on a phone. Colours, fonts, and layout are consistent and predictable throughout.

4. About the 3D worlds

The Business Worlds are visual, interactive environments. Some parts of them may be difficult or impossible to use with assistive technology, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Every lesson is also available outside the 3D worlds. A child can complete the entire course, finish every mission, and earn every badge without entering a 3D world.

5. Tell us when something is in your way

Email crownoaklearning@gmail.com. Tell us which page you were on and what happened. We will reply, and we will either fix it or give you another way to get where you were going.

We treat accessibility problems as bugs, not as feature requests.
