Community Guidelines
Version 2026-09-11.1. Updated September 11, 2026.
The rules that keep the Community Hall a good place for young entrepreneurs to share what they are building.
1. Who can see it, and who can join in
The Community Hall is where young entrepreneurs share what they are building and cheer each other on. It is only visible to signed-in academy families. It is not public, and search engines cannot see it.
Reading it is free once you have a parent account. Any signed-in family can browse the Community Hall and see what other young entrepreneurs are building.
Posting, commenting and reacting are included with a family membership. That is the part that needs a membership.
A parent decides separately whether each of their children may take part at all, and can change that decision at any time.
2. What belongs here
Business ideas and what you are building. What you tried, what worked, and what did not. Questions for other young entrepreneurs. Encouragement for someone else. A picture of a project or product you made.
3. What is not allowed
Anything that identifies where you are or how to reach you: last names, home addresses or where you are right now, phone numbers or email addresses, the name of your school, club, or team, and social media handles, usernames, links, or QR codes.
Anything that moves the conversation somewhere private: asking someone to talk on another app, arranging to meet, or asking for or offering contact details.
Anything unkind or unsafe: bullying, teasing, or threats; pretending to be someone else, including another member or a grown-up from the academy; sexual content, violence, or anything dangerous or illegal; encouraging anyone to hurt themselves.
Anything that is not really sharing: spam, chain posts, repeated advertising, or selling to other members.
4. There is no private messaging
There is no way to message another member privately. There is no inbox, no direct messages, and no friend requests. This is deliberate and it will not change. Everything posted is seen by academy families together, never by one person alone.
If we need to reach a family about something, we contact the parent by email.
5. Automatic checks and reporting
Posts and comments are scanned for personal information and unsafe language before they appear. These checks help, and they are not perfect. We do not promise that every unsafe post is caught. If you see something wrong, report it.
Every post and comment has a report button. Pressing it sends that item to an adult moderator. A moderator reviews reports and may hide the content, remove it, restore it, warn the parent, pause posting for that profile, suspend Community access, or close an account.
6. Parents are in control
A parent can decide whether each child may contribute, read everything their child has written, delete their child's posts and comments, report content, and withdraw Community permission at any time without cancelling their membership.
7. Serious safety concerns
If it looks like a child is in danger, or someone is trying to contact a child privately, we act immediately. We may remove content, close accounts, preserve what is needed, and involve the appropriate authorities.
8. Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of your ideas, your business name, your artwork, and your projects. Posting here does not give us or anyone else ownership of them.
