Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. What you are buying

These terms form part of your agreement with Crown Oak Learning LLC, the creator and operator of Kids Business Adventure Academy.

A family membership to Kids Business Adventure Academy. One membership covers your family and up to four child profiles.

2. Starting free

Levels 1 and 2 and a separate Level 7 bonus preview are free. Reading the Community Hall is free once you have a parent account. No credit card is required, and signup is not a timed trial that automatically becomes a charge. Completing a Mission, reaching a locked World or clicking a free-adventure button does not authorize payment.

3. Price and billing interval

A family membership is $9.99 per month in US dollars.

Before you authorize anything, the checkout page shows you the exact price, the currency, the amount charged today, the billing interval, the date of the first renewal, and the renewal price. If a trial is ever offered, the page also shows when it ends and what you are charged when it does.

4. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel.

You authorize that renewal yourself at checkout, using a box that is never pre-checked.

5. How to cancel

Cancel online at any time from your parent account, through the billing portal. It is quick, and it does not require you to contact anyone.

We do not require a phone call, an email, a live chat, a retention offer, a survey, or a reason. There is no hidden button and no extra screen designed to slow you down.

When you cancel: no further payment is taken. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your parent account shows the date your current billing period ends. At that date, course access beyond the free Worlds ends, and the ability to contribute to the Community Hall ends. Your account, your child profiles, and their saved work remain, so you can come back.

6. Refunds

Payments already made are generally not refunded, because access is delivered immediately and in full.

If something goes wrong, or you were charged in error, write to crownoaklearning@gmail.com and we will look at it properly.

Nothing here removes a refund or cancellation right that the law of your state gives you.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, our payment processor will retry it and we will email you. If it still cannot be collected, your membership access pauses until it is resolved. Your family's saved work is not deleted because of a failed payment.

8. Price changes

If we change the price, we will tell you before it affects a renewal, with enough notice for you to cancel first. We will never change the price of a renewal without telling you first.

9. Who you are paying

Crown Oak Learning LLC. Your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor on its own pages. We never receive, see, or store your card number or security code.
