Cookie Notice

1. What we use

Crown Oak Learning LLC operates Kids Business Adventure Academy. This notice explains what we store in your browser and what choices you have. We use only what the site needs to work.

A parent session cookie keeps you signed in to your parent account and lasts 30 days. A profile selection cookie keeps one browser tab on one child profile, so switching child in another tab does not move your work, and lasts for the session. An owner preview cookie lets the operator preview membership states, is only ever set for an administrator, and lasts for the session.

All three are strictly necessary. Without them you cannot stay signed in or keep two children's work separate.

2. What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No retargeting or remarketing. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no advertising tags of any kind. No cross-site tracking. No device fingerprinting for advertising. No session replay or mouse recording.

We verified this by searching the application source for the endpoints those tools use. None are present. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Analytics and security records

We record a small number of first-party events, such as a mission being completed, so we can tell whether the course is working. These are stored in our own database and are not sent to an advertising network or shared for advertising.

To stop automated attacks on accounts we keep short-lived records of sign-in attempts, including a network fingerprint. These exist to protect accounts, not to profile anyone, and they are deleted on a short cycle.

4. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Clearing the session cookie signs you out.

Because the cookies we set are required for the site to function, there is no advertising tracking for you to switch off. That is the point.

5. Children and contact

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies aimed at children, and we do not permit third parties to collect information about a child through this site.
